POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides change management support for enterprise change management projects. Works with project team members, internally and externally, to assess, plan for, and support appropriate adoption of change.

Essential Functions:

Framework and Application: Under supervision of the Director of Change, Culture and Engagement, apply a structured methodology and support change management activities for organizational change projects. Apply a change management process and tools to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. Create actionable deliverables including communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan. Integrate change management activities into project plan. Track and report issues to the Director.

Assess Change Impact: Review change project specifics and analyze organizational components that may impact adoption of the change. Support and/or conduct impact analyses and identify key stakeholders. Complete change management assessments Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics. Evaluate and ensure user and stakeholder readiness.

Support Communications: In partnership with Marketing and Communications, support the project team in development of project communications for key stakeholders to maximize change adoption. Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications. Coordinate efforts with other specialists/SMEs. Identify and manage anticipated resistance.

Support Training: In partnership with vendor(s) and/or The Leadership Institute (as needed), support the development of a training approach for stakeholders to maximize change adoption. Provide input and support in the design and delivery of training programs. Consult and coach project teams. Support, engage, and provide coaching to leaders at all levels of the project impact (senior through front-line).

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline.
  • Master’s degree in HR Management, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in working with leaders at all levels, managing multiple, complex priorities.
  • Change Management Certification strongly preferred.
